Shipping Policy  
We provide free standard shipping for all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase requirement.  

Delivery Time  
Standard shipping: Most orders will arrive within 15-30 business days after confirmation and dispatch, including processing, packaging, and transit via our logistics partners.  
Order processing: Orders are typically handled within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched.  

Tracking Information  
After shipping, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Use it to check your package’s status on our website or the carrier’s site. Note that international tracking updates may take 2-5 days to show.  

International Orders  
Duties & taxes: Customers are liable for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on order value, product type, and local regulations.  
Delivery notes: Unforeseen issues (e.g., customs delays, weather) may cause rare delays. We’ll assist with any delivery concerns.
